D intake uses up magnesium. Increase Mg if you are taking in a lot of D [ideally from the sun] you can deplete Mg and feel worse.

Hi, MS can cause optic neuritis...Fish oil 2000mg daily and 5000IU of Vit D3, Vit E 200mg and higher doses of Vit C may help and eating no gluten/dairy/soy/sugar and taking vitamins/good oils and LDN. My profile has more. Best wishes.

I just read your comments on Vitamin D. You seem to take a large amount of vitamin D which you say has made you feel great. My question is, do you still take the same amount in the summer time? I don't know where you live. I take 2,000 IU's in the spring, autunm & winter, but when I sunbathe in the summertime (I'm in the UK) I stop taking the Vitamin D tablets. What do you do and if you stop taking your Vit D tablets, do you still feel as good? kind regards Monica
